They could make a cool horde faction or even Norsca esc. I'd also note the Kuresh and Hun like Warbands over East. I mean 3K gives them the ground work for a Nippon faction.
(Assuming GW would allow that much free reign for CA) so I'd say Eastern Kingdoms are likely for game 3 likely not in the base game but in some form as DLC. 1 we get an Eastern Kingdoms race with those 3 and another fourth being factions added as DLC for game 3 (as let's face it we are rather limited race wise over there so it would make sense to expand on them) though personally I'd prefer Cathay and Nippon as seperate races or at least one of them even if they only had 2 Lords each as their possible rosters would look amazing. But as people say they're extremely limited geographically (though 1 in Albion and another faction elsewhere like Khatep is for Tomb Kings could work) and like Amazon's I see only a 2 Lord race pack.įor Ind, Nippon and Cathay I see a couple of potential options. Lore wise I think they have the most of any of these factions given they had a campaign around them.
Plus fitting them on the map may be a little annoying.Īlbion would be fun giving us a mix between Norsca and Wood Elves with a bunch of tribal druids and cool Celtic mythology theme. I could possibly see a 2 Lord race pack for Amazons akin to Norsca with an Aztec theme and going into more of the other beasts of Lustria (as if you don't know there's many more horrors than just those dinosaurs) so I'd be happy with them but am not expecting.
